1. REGISTRATION AND ORDERS 
Do I have to register before ordering from I OBJECT?
The first time you shop in our store you have to register. You will then have a personal account. For your next orders you simply have to log in with your e-mail address and your password. 
Can I change the data in my account? 
You can alter your personal data at all times. E.g. when your home address or phone number has changed or you decide to change your password. 
How can I view the details of my order?
Under ‘my account’ you can always find the details of the order(s) you have placed. 
How can I use my discount or gift cards? 
You can enter the code of your discount or credit vouchers in the appropriate field when paying for your order. The amount on the voucher will be immediately deducted. Follow the same procedure for your gift cards. 
I have forgotten my password?
If you already have an account but cannot remember your password, go to ‘my account’ at the top of the page and click ‘forgot password’. Enter the e-mail address you used when registering. We will then send you an e-mail with your password.
What if a product is out of stock?
If a product on the product page is labelled ‘OUT OF STOCK’ and you would still wish to order it, you can send an e-mail to sales@iobjectstore.com . We aim to let you know within 24 hours what the delivery time for this product will be.


2. DELIVERY
How much are the delivery costs?
Delivery within Belgium costs €4.75.
Delivery in the Netherlands costs €7.50.
Delivery to other European countries costs €15.
Delivery worldwide costs €25.
Deliveries worth €150 or more are free in Belgium and Holland.

What if I am absent when the goods are delivered?
If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, the postman will leave a note in your mailbox. Via phone you can ask for a second delivery, or you can collect the package at the nearest post office within the next two weeks. You can ask for the goods to be delivered at a different address. Our courier services usually deliver the packages between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

What to do if my order is not delivered?
If exceptionally the regular delivery time has been exceeded, you can contact I OBJECT via sales@iobjectstore.com. We will trace the package for you.
Since I OBJECT handles orders with the utmost care, the products are supposed to be in perfect condition when delivered. Only the buyer is liable for incorrect delivery addresses. Submitting a wrong delivery address may cause extra costs.

Can I ask for a product to be gift-wrapped?
If you wish a product to be gift-wrapped, tick the ‘gift- wrap’ box when ordering. It costs 1 euro extra. Your order will then be delivered as a beautiful I OBJECT present.

Can I have the package sent to the person my gift is intended for?
Of course, you can. Simply enter the address of the person your present is intended for. If you wish the product to be gift-wrapped, tick the ‘gift-wrap’ box when paying. Gift-wrapping costs 1,5 euro extra.

Damaged products and manufacturing faults?
We process and dispatch our products with the utmost care. All products are meticulously checked for manufacturing faults. 
Should a product be damaged, you can inform us via sales@iobjectstore.com and return the package within seven (7) days after delivery. You have to pay the cost for returning the goods yourself . If the product is available in store, we will immediately send you a new one. If the product is not immediately available, you will either be reimbursed or given a credit voucher, according to your wish.
What if I do not like the delivered product?
You have the right to return your package without motivation within seven (7) days after delivery. Returned goods are only accepted when:
1. the packaging is undamaged and we receive the product in its original state.
2. you have e-mailed the order number of the product and your ordering data to sales@iobjectstore.com.
3. you have paid the costs for returning the product.
If all the above conditions have been met, you will be reimbursed immediately.
Goods can be returned to: I OBJECT bvba, Dendermondsesteenweg 102 B001, 9000 Gent.
Goods are returned at your own risk. We advise you to make use of the system of “assured delivery”, which means that the signature of the recipient is required at the delivery of the package. This can easily be arranged at the post office.

Instead of being reimbursed you can opt for a credit voucher worth the amount due increased by €5. You will then receive a discount code, which you can use when you place your next order.
 

3. PAYMENT
Are online payments secure at I OBJECT?
Shopping on I OBJECT is perfectly safe thanks to Ogone. The security of the payment system we use on our website is guaranteed. Ogone is known for its seamless and secure processing of online payments. In the field of secure online payments Ogone is one of the European leaders.
Using advanced SSL technology transaction data are encrypted and sent safely via the internet. Your credit card number is never revealed to us.

How can I pay for my orders?
I OBJECT offers several methods of payment:
1. Creditcard (Visa card, Mastercard)
2. Bancontact Mister Cash
3. Maestro
4. iDEAL
5. I OBJECT gift or discount voucher.

After payment you will receive four e-mails:
- one from the Ogone services telling you whether your transaction has been successful
- one from I OBJECT with your ordering data
- one when your order is being processed
- one when your order has been dispatched.


4. WISHLIST
Why set up a wishlist?
If you have an I OBJECT account, you can put all the products you like on a personal WISHLIST.
A personal wishlist comes in handy when want you to view your favourite products quickly each time you visit our webstore. You can set up several wishlists with different names. You can adapt or share your wishlist with your family and friends via e-mail, facebook or twitter whenever you choose. You decide whether others can view your wishlist or not. Creating a wishlist does not imply that you have any obligation to order the products. The articles you put on your wishlist will not be set aside for you. Products that have been on your wishlist for a long time may be sold out before you order them. If you buy a product from (one of) your wishlist(s), it will automatically be deleted.
How do I manage my wishlists?
Click on ‘my wishlist’ in the top right corner of the page. You can then delete items from your list(s). Delete the products you have already received. If you or somebody else buys a product from your wishlist, it will automatically be crossed out.


5. GIFT CARD
You wish to surprise your family, friends, acquaintances or colleagues, but you can’t decide which product to choose from our collection. Then the I OBJECT gift card is the perfect solution to your problem. You will receive the gift card you ordered by e-mail. You can then forward it to the people concerned or print it and give it to them personally.
The only thing the receiver of the gift card has to do is enter the gift card promocode when ordering products from the I OBJECT store. You can use only one gift voucher per order. The amount of the voucher cannot be split. The full amount must be spent in one transaction. Gift vouchers cannot be accumulated with other vouchers, actions or other promotions. Our gift cards are valid for one year.
