1. Secure online payments
Shopping on I OBJECT is perfectly safe thanks to Ogone. The security of the payment system we use on our website is guaranteed. Ogone is known for its seamless and secure processing of online payments. In the field of secure online payments Ogone is one of the European leaders. Using advanced SSL technology transaction data are encrypted and sent safely via the internet. Your credit card number is never revealed to us.

2. Methods of payment
On I OBJECT you can pay with:
1. your credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
2. Bancontact Mister Cash
3. Maestro
4. iDEAL
5. I OBJECT gift voucher or discount voucher
After payment you will receive four e-mails :
- One from the Ogone services telling you whether your transaction has been successful.
- One from I OBJECT with your ordering data.
- One when your order is being processed.
- One when your order is dispatched.
Procedure:
Visa/Mastercard
1. Place your order and choose ‘payment by credit card’.
2. Fill in your credit card number, the expiry date and the CID/CVC - code.
3. These data are sent to your credit card company.
4. You will receive a message when your transaction has been authorized.
5. Your bank account will be debited at the end of the month.
Bancontact Mister Cash
Payments by Bancontact/Mistercash on the internet are secured by a digipass or card reader, the security module allowing identification in pc-banking. When paying, you must submit the number and the expiry date of the card. These are standard information on all new bank cards.
Maestro
With Maestro you can pay online as safe as in a shop. To buy online you need a digipass or a personal card reader which generates a unique transaction.
The procedure is very simple:
1. On the transaction page of an e-shop, select the option' paying with Maestro'.
2. Enter your card number (17 digits).
3. Enter the figures mentioned on the transaction page (challenge) into your digipass or card reader to generate a unique transaction code (response). Enter this code into the appropriate field on the web page.
4. Click OK and your transaction will be processed.
iDEAL
Paying for your internet purchases with iDEAL is easy and secure. You can pay via the familiar website of your own bank, protected by your bank’s security system. When ordering goods from I OBJECT, you can indicate that you wish to pay via iDEAL. Then click the iDEAL payment button and select your bank. You will be guided to your own bank’s secure website where the pay order will be waiting for you. After having filled in the necessary data you have to authorize the payment. iDEAL is supported by Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING Bank, Postbank and SNS.
GIFT CARD and DISCOUNT CODE
On your I OBJECT gift card and discount code you will find a code that you can add to your shopping bag when shopping on I OBJECT. When you click the add button the amount on the voucher will be instantly deducted. Discount actions will be announced in the I OBJECT newsletters. Discounts can be granted to certain customers within the framework of a temporary action. You can use only one gift voucher or promo code per order. The amount of the voucher or code cannot be split. The full amount must be spent in one transaction. Gift vouchers and promo codes cannot be accumulated.
3. Availability of products
We try to have all the I OBJECT store products in stock.
If a product on the product page is labelled ‘OUT OF STOCK’ and you would still wish to order it, please send us an e-mail. We aim to let you know within 24 hours what the delivery time for this product will be.
Should a product on the product page not be available after you have ordered it, we will inform you of the delivery date by e-mail. In such a case you have three alternatives:
1. You can cancel your order and you will be reimbursed.
2. We will order the product for you and deliver it on the date communicated in our email. We will not charge extra delivery costs if the product is part of a larger order and we have to make two deliveries. The second delivery will be paid for by I OBJECT.
3. You can cancel your order and receive a credit voucher worth the same amount increased by €5 .
